  • Features

    • Suitable for medium to high polar solvent systems
    • Prevents color float and sedimentation effects
    • Recommended to add in the grinding stage; dispersing performance can also be improved by post addition

  • Applications

    • Disperse TiO2 and inorganic pigments in solvent-based systems
      • Automotive coatings
      • Industrial coatings
      • Universal color paste, etc.

  • Dosage

    Depending on the pigment grade, the recommended dosage is active dispersant on pigment:

    • Titanium dioxide: 1-3%
    • Inorganic pigment: 5-20%

    The exact dosage should be experimentally determined through a ladder study. Borchi® Gen 5115 can be added in the grinding stage or post addition.

  • Storage

    Protect from the effects of weather and store at temperatures between 5 and 30 °C. Once opened, containers should be resealed immediately after each removal of the product.
