Ascinin® Anti Skin 1240 can be added to the system in any formulation step. A preliminary dilution is not suggested. We recommend its addition in a final production step after adding the siccatives to the formulation. The required amount of Ascinin® Anti Skin 1240 depends on type of binder and quantity of the used driers. Usual amounts for coating systems based on alkyds are approx. 0.2 to 0.8 % by weight on total formulation. In case of substitution of Butanonoxime we recommend starting with adding half the amount of the substituted Butanonoxime and then optimize the addition rate on basis of the obtained results.
Protect from the effects of weathering and store at temperatures between 5 and 30 °C in the original container. Once opened, containers should be resealed immediately after each removal of the product.
