Borchers, a Milliken brand and global leader in coating additives, is pleased to announce the appointment of IMCD S.A de C.V. as its exclusive distributor for coating additives in Mexico, effective January 1, 2026. This partnership grants IMCD exclusive rights to distribute Borchers coatings additives across the paints, coatings, construction, adhesives, printing inks, textile, leather and paper industries markets. This strategic partnership marks a significant milestone in Borchers’ commitment to delivering innovative solutions to customers across the region.

IMCD’s deep market expertise and robust distribution network will enable Borchers to better serve its growing customer base in Mexico. IMCD will distribute Borchers’ full portfolio of coating additives, offering customers access to high-performance solutions designed to improve application efficiency and durability.

All new orders will be fulfilled by IMCD beginning January 1, 2026. There is no significant impact expected for existing product orders for customers in Mexico shipping prior to January 1, 2026 or during the IMCD ramp-up period.
